About Dr. Emily Anhalt

Born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley, Dr. Anhalt’s interest in the psychology of the entrepreneur began with the realization that “how you do anything is how you do everything,” and that the more founders and employees understand about their psychological tendencies, the more successful they and their companies will be. This unique perspective has led to work with some of the fastest growing companies around the world. By building a bridge between psychology and business, Dr. Anhalt helps companies increase productivity, boost employee morale, develop emotional health programs to onboard new employees, improve team dynamics, and foster successful work-life harmony.

Dr. Anhalt studied psychology at The University of Michigan and attained Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. She spent two years conducting qualitative research on learning and work styles, and has worked clinically for eight years with executives, entrepreneurs and overachievers. In addition to consulting, Dr. Anhalt works as psychological assistant to Dr. Peter Silen, is a professor in the Clinical Psychology Masters program at Notre Dame de Namur University, and leads therapy retreats in California and abroad.

As our personal and work lives are intertwining and overlapping more than ever, it is imperative to be aware of our psychological tendencies, communication styles, and relationship patterns.
